More privacy and security for youths during court

NORRISTOWN, Pa. -- Troubled young people will have more privacy and security in Montgomery County during court now.
County commissioners officially opened the redesigned facilities at the county youth center in Norristown Friday.
It's adjacent to a newly redone juvenile probation office on Port Indian Road.
The two projects combined cost $3 million.
