Uber customer sues driver over video

ORANGE CO., Calif. (WPVI) -- A Southern California man accused of attacking an Uber driver is now suing him.

Former Taco Bell executive Benjamin Golden claims video that shows him attacking Uber driver Edward Caban was recorded without his consent.

The video has since gone viral.

In November, Golden was charged with misdemeanor assault and battery.

He says the video caused him emotional distress, humiliation and made him lose his job.
