NORTH PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Philadelphia police have identified a man shot and killed Tuesday morning in North Philadelphia.[br /][br /]Officers arrived at 10:36 a.m. at 29th Street and Cecil B. Moore Avenue to find 32-year-old Marvin Bunson of the 2000 block of Bellview Avenue.[br /][Ads /][br /]He was in the driver's seat of a burgundy Buick sedan, suffering gunshot wounds to the chest and arms.[br /][br /]Medics rushed Bunson to Hahnemann University Hospital, where he was pronounced dead less than 15 minutes later.[br /][br /][media ID="2122776[br /]" /][br /]Witnesses later told police Bunson had been double-parked in the 2800 block of Cecil B. Moore when a gunman approached on the passenger side of the car and opened fire.[br /][br /]Bunson drove off, crashing into another vehicle at 29th and Cecil B.
