Murder victim shot multiple times in Nicetown

NICETOWN (WPVI) -- A 22-year-old man is Philadelphia's latest murder victim.

Police say he was shot several times before 3:00 a.m. Saturday the intersection of North 16th and Cayuga Streets in Nicetown.

Medics took him to Temple University Hospital, where he was pronounced dead a short time later.

There was no immediate word what led to the gunfire.

Police are looking for the gunman.
