VIDEO: Man rescued after falling down embankment in Gloucester County

WASHINGTOWN TWP., N.J. (WPVI) -- A man is hospitalized after falling down a 50-foot embankment in Gloucester County.

The incident was reported around 8 p.m. Saturday near the 2000 block of Barnsboro Road in Washington Township, New Jersey.

Police said the man fell down an embankment behind an apartment complex.

The victim was taken to a local hospital for what appear to be nonlife-threatening injuries.

Police are investigating.
