VIDEO: Massive explosion at German factory

BREMEN, Germany -- A massive fire took 300 firefighters all night to extinguish after an explosion at a German chemical processing company Tuesday.

No one was killed by the explosion, but one person, a 60-year-old employee, suffered life-threatening burns when he rushed to the scene of the blast. Several local residents were also slightly injured.

The explosion at the Organo Fluid company could be heard for miles. The blast damaged about 30 to 40 houses, shattering windows, ripping doors from their frames and tearing off roofs. Police report a few houses are in danger of collapsing.

Police they have yet to determine what caused the massive explosion.
