Video released in New Castle community center killing case

NEW CASTLE, Del. -- New Castle County police have released video of the person they believe gunned down a man at a community center this week.
Investigators believe the footage was taken after the suspect left the Rose Hill Community Center after the Monday afternoon killing.
The victim, 35-year-old Jamar Kilgoe, was shot inside a recording studio there.
Authorities say there were teens, pre-teens, and children inside the building at the time.
There were no other injuries.
The shooter remains on the loose.
He was described as a black male with a large build. He was last seen wearing a light-colored hoodie, dark pants and dark shoes.
