Video shows robbery of Popeyes in Cedarbrook

CEDARBROOK (WPVI) -- Police have released video of an armed robbery that happened Thursday night in the Cedarbrook Section of Philadelphia.

The video shows what unfolded at the Popeyes on the 3100 block of West Cheltenham Avenue.

Two men with handguns jumped over the counter and demanded money from the registers.

Once the employees complied, the suspects started grabbing all the cash they could.

They then ran off with more than $1,300.
