VIDEO: Teacher under investigation after student scuffle

SALEM, Ore. (WPVI) -- A teacher in Oregon is on paid leave and under investigation following a confrontation with a student that was caught on camera.

The video shows the teacher grabbing high school sophomore Sara Rue, then pulling the girl's shirt off as she's yanked to the floor.

The circumstances surrounding the incident aren't yet clear, but dozens of people showed up at rally yesterday in support of Rue.

The District says the teacher did not break the law because the student wasn't hurt.
