LINWOOD, N.J. (WPVI) -- Friends and family vow to continue to push for justice in the death of a popular New Jersey radio host two years ago.

April Kauffman's murder remains unsolved.

She was shot repeatedly inside her home in Linwood back in May of 2012.

Police questioned her husband James, a local doctor, and several others. So far, police have made no arrests.

At a candlelight vigil behind Mainland High School on Saturday night, loved ones vowed not to let Kauffman be forgotten.

"April is a special person to me, I've known her 30 years. We raised our daughters together, did a lot of charity work together. I miss her," said a friend of Kauffman at a vigil Saturday.

Kaufman was also a well-known advocate for veterans' issues. The gathering also served as a fundraiser for one of her favorite charities.
