Woman arrested for underage drinking party in Rehoboth Beach

REHOBOTH BEACH, Del. (WPVI) -- A woman was arrested for allegedly providing alcohol to minors at a party in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware.

Police responded to the 100 block of Cornwall Road for the report of a loud party.

Upon arrival, authorities found alcohol at the scene and say the party-goers, all underage, fled in several directions.

Investigators later learned that 37-year-old Diana Hamer was housesitting at the time and provided the alcohol for the party.

Three teens ages 14, 16 and 17 were also arrested for underage drinking. They were released into the custody of their parents.

Hamer faces charges for providing alcohol to minors and endangering the welfare of children.
