Woman assaulted in Germantown section of Philadelphia

GERMANTOWN (WPVI) -- Police are investigating an assault on a woman in the Germantown section of Philadelphia.

It happened just after 12 a.m. Monday near SEPTA's Queen Lane train station, at the intersection of West Queen Lane and Laurens Street.

The victim told police a male suspect attacked her then drove off.

Investigators are working to put together a description of the suspect.
