A 25-year-old woman has died following a house fire in Cherry Hill, New Jersey.

CHERRY HILL, N.J. (WPVI) -- Action news can confirm that a house fire in Cherry Hill, New Jersey has turned deadly.

Chopper 6 HD was over the home on the 400 block of Sheffield Road at about 10:00 this morning.

Fire officials say flames and thick smoke made it difficult for them to get to a 25-year-old woman inside.

They were eventually able to rescue her, but she died at the hospital.

Three firefighters were also treated for minor injuries and burns.

Officials say the fire started in the kitchen and was accidental.

The woman lived with her mother and father, who were not home at the time.
