MIDDLEBURG, Pa. -- A Pennsylvania grandmother has been sentenced to 18 months to 7 years in a state facility for setting a wildfire prosecutors say endangered her grandchildren sleeping in a nearby mobile home.

Pennlive.com reports corrections officials will determine if Linda Ann Regester should serve her term in prison or a mental health facility.

The 58-year-old Regester pleaded guilty but mentally ill last month in Snyder County Court to endangering the welfare of children and possession of incendiary material in the March 2014 fire near Port Trevorton.

About an acre burned in the fire. The mobile home was not damaged. Regester's two grandchildren were not harmed.

Port Trevorton is about 40 miles north of Harrisburg.
