Woman hit by Philadelphia police car in Hunting Park

HUNTING PARK (WPVI) -- A woman was hit by a Philadelphia police car late Friday night in the Hunting Park section.

The 23-year-old was hit in the intersection of Front and Erie around 10:40 p.m.

Police say officer behind the wheel had the green light, and had lights and sirens activated.

The woman was treated at the hospital for a laceration to the head.
