Woman robbed outside ATM in Old City

Philadelphia police are looking for a suspect who robbed a woman outside an ATM in Old City.

OLD CITY -- Philadelphia police are looking for the suspect who robbed a woman at an ATM in Old City.

It happened at 1:45 p.m. on October 9.

According to authorities, a 56 year-old woman was using an ATM located on the 400 block of Market Street when she was approached from behind by an unknown male.

The suspect placed 2 of his fingers against her back simulating he had a gun.

He hold the woman to give him cash or he would shoot her.

Police say the suspect got away with an unknown amount of cash before fleeing the scene.

The suspect is described as a white male, 30 years-old, 5'8" tall with a medium build and wavy hair. He was wearing tan khaki pants, a blue shirt with yellow writing and a possible gray colored jacket.
