Woman shot inside Brewerytown boarding house

BREWERYTOWN -- Police say a 19-year-old woman was shot inside a Brewerytown boarding house early Wednesday morning.

The shooting happened around 12:30 a.m. on the 3200 block of West Oxford Street.

The victim was shot in the stomach following a dispute, police say.

She was rushed to the hospital in stable condition.

Police have taken a suspect into custody.
