PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- A little girl escaped her North Philadelphia home and went on an urban adventure this afternoon.
She rode a SEPTA bus two miles from her home near 18th and Dauphin to the York-Dauphin El stop in Kensington.
Alert SEPTA employees realized the 6-year-old girl was traveling alone and took her aside to take care of.
All she would say was that she was going to the doctor's.
Her panicked parents had already realized she was gone and reported her missing to Philadelphia police.
They were able to reunite after 5:00 p.m.
