Young woman killed in Burlington County head-on crash

SHAMONG TWP., N.J. (WPVI) -- A head-on crash between a pickup and a car killed a young woman in Shamong Township, Burlington County.

It happened along Route 206 at 11:38 p.m. Tuesday.

Authorities say 41-year-old Howard Frame was driving his pickup truck on a suspended license and there was a warrant out for his arrest.

He's now being held on $20,000 bail.

The passenger in the other car, 22-year-old Taylor Jones of Florida, died of her injuries.

The driver of the car, 26-year-old Taylor Martucci of South Plainfield, New Jersey, remains hospitalized.
