More than a dozen cats are looking for a home after being rescued from a breeder in South Philadelphia.

SOUTH PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- More than a dozen cats are looking for a home after being rescued from a breeder in South Philadelphia.

Nineteen Persian kittens were seized from a home on the 1800 block of West Passyunk Avenue on Tuesday.

PSPCA Officers removed the cats after acting on a tip.

They say several of the Persians had minor medical or grooming issues.

Officials say the investigation into the breeder is ongoing.
