Heartwarming video when stolen dog reunites with its owner

Jasper is a whippet dog who was brought to the Hurstpierpoint Clinic in the United Kingdom on March 12 after being found wandering nearby. Jasper was scanned for a microchip, where he was found registered to an address in Leighton Buzzard, Bedfordshire. Jasper had been reported missing/stolen on September 2014, and was sold to a woman who was looking after the dog for the past three months, according to the Heath Veterinary Clinic.

The video above shows the magical moment when Jasper was finally able to reunite with his owner. The dog can barely contain his excitement, jumping and running around ecstatically. Check out the adorable video above.
