NORTH PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Philadelphia police are investigating a double shooting that left one person dead and another critically injured Sunday.

It happened on the 2400 block of Arlington Street in North Philadelphia. Police said officers arrived just after 3:30 p.m. to find two men suffering from gun shot wounds.

The first victim was found sitting in a car, shot multiple times. Police said he died at the scene.

According to police, a second victim, a 27-year-old man, was found shot multiple times in the head and chest. He is in critical condition at Temple University Hospital.

No word on what sparked the shooting at this time and no arrests have been made.
