Pennsylvania Attorney General Kathleen Kane says she continues to have confidence in her new chief of staff.

HARRISBURG, Pa. (WPVI) -- Pennsylvania Attorney General Kathleen Kane says she continues to have confidence in her new chief of staff, even though a female prosecutor alleges he sexually harassed her last year.

Kane's spokesman says the attorney general has no intention of removing Jonathan Duecker from his post.

In February of 2014, Michele Kluk, an assistant state prosecutor, says Duecker made inappropriate and unwanted sexual advances.

Kluk says she reported incident to her superiors, going on to say Duecker was promoted to Chief of Staff after she came forward.

A second woman who works there is now coming forward with a similar accusation.

The 51-year old Duecker denies having done anything intentionally inappropriate and says he has a different interpretation of the events.
