PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- The Philadelphia NAACP is urging more African Americans to register to vote before the upcoming governor's race in Pennsylvania.
Members of the group held a news conference at City Hall Thursday to announce a call for action.
They said too many people have yet to register and those who do fail to show up to vote on election days.
Voters will go to the polls on November 4th to choose Governor Tom Corbett or his Democratic challenger, Tom Wolf.
