Pa., New Jersey towns among nation's 'Most Expensive'

Pennsylvania and New Jersey have earned some dubious titles over the years, but today the Keystone and Garden States are crushing the competition on an impressive list.

Forbes says New Jersey is home to 10 of the top 500 most expensive zip codes in the United States.

Three of them are at the shore: Avalon, Stone Harbor, and Spring Lake - all with median home prices around $1.5 million.

In Pennsylvania, Villanova, Gladwyne and Haverford also made the top 500.

To put this in perspective there are more than 28,000 zip codes in the United States.

If you're wondering, Atherton, California is the most expensive one. The median home price there? $9.4 million!
