The annual Macy's Spring Flower Show starts this weekend at the department store's location in Center City Philadelphia. In addition to all the flower arrangements, there will be music and free crafts for the kids on Sunday. The show runs through April 3rd.

FREE SUNGLASSES
Clothes Mentor, a local store, has an exclusive freebie for 6abc viewers. Employees are handing out free sunglasses as part of their first birthday celebration on Saturday. You have to use the password "happy birthday" to get the sunnies. Festivities take place from 10am - 6pm at the store located at 61 E. Germantown Pike in East Norriton, Pa.
TWO FREE WORKOUTS
Get your body ready for the beach, for free. There are two different bootcamps taking place in Philadelphia at 9:00 on Saturday morning. One, hosted by CoreFitness, begins at the Art Museum steps. The other, which is a Navy SEAL workout, gets underway in East Fairmount Park.
