VIDEO: Personal styling service
You don't have to be a celebrity or have a star's budget to have your very own personal stylist.

You don't have to be a celebrity or have a star's budget to have your very own personal stylist.

Whether you are too busy to shop and scout out deals or you are looking for a little wardrobe refresh and re-imagination, you can have someone doing the styling for you for just $20.

It's called Stitch Fix, and I gave it a whirl to see how it works.

You start by filling out a questionnaire so they get to know your taste, your sizes, your preferences and your budget.

Every month the stylist sends you five items. The shipping is free and so are the returns.

In my box I got two dresses, a top, a pair of skinny jeans and a necklace.

The average price of each item is $55. If you purchase them all you get an extra 25% off.

And if you refer a friend you get $25 for each friend who tries it.

The stylist also sends you a styling card for each item to show you different ways to wear it.

There's also a version for men called Bombfell and Trunk Club.
