Fall and winter holidays are some of the most fun but also the most expensive, especially for families with kids.

Halloween costumes, holiday dresses - it all adds up, right? So don't miss out on the huge consignment event called Just Between Friends happening in our area next week.

The National Retail Federation says per year, Americans spend an average is $83 dollars per person for Halloween and about $1,000 dollars per family for Christmas.

So why not get a jump on the holidays and your holiday savings by heading to the massive Just Between Friends kids consignment event, where you can find clothing and all kinds of kids' stuff for 50 to 90 percent off!

"I would say as it relates to clothing or entertaining your children, you'll find it at JBF and it's not just for little kids. We go up to size juniors for teenage girls, size 18 for bigger boys and maternity for moms," said Tracy Panase from Just Between Friends.

JBF is very picky about what they accept to sell and you'll find not only gently used items but brand new items with tags as well.

"We are looking for things that are seasonally appropriate so fall/winter for this sale and for the sale in April, we'll be accepting spring/summer items," said Tracy.

That means at the sale next week, you'll find everything you need for Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

The JBF Sale is happening at the Greater Philadelphia Expo Center in Oaks and later at the Sportsplex in Feasterville. There are other dates and locations in our area as well.

The fun at the Expo Center in Oaks begins on Monday, September 18th, with consignor drop off. The first public sale day is Thursday, September 21st.
