HOUSTON (WPVI) -- A father in Houston is fired up after his 5-year-old daughter was sent home from school for breaking the dress code.
Jef Rouner says his daughter was forced to change her clothes after wearing a spaghetti-strap sundress to her kindergarten class.
The school says spaghetti straps are against the dress code and she therefore broke school rules.
They made her cover up - wearing a t-shirt on top and jeans underneath her dress.
Rouner blogged his fury, calling it "The Apparently Immoral Shoulders of My Five-Year-Old Daughter".
He says dress codes only persecute girls and that he can't believe he's had to have a conversation about sexuality to a kid who isn't even in a numbered grade.
