A much deserved welcome home

SOUTHWEST PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- It was quite a warm welcome home for a 23 year old military servicewoman from Philadelphia.

Airman Alexandria Garvin returned home Tuesday night for two week "R and R" for the holidays, and was greeted by dozens of members of "Warriors' Watch Riders" and "A Hero's Welcome" at the airport.

With assistance from Philadelphia Police, they then escorted her up to the northeast.

Garvin is currently stationed in Japan.
