Big renovation for Smith Park

SOUTH PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Philadelphia city Councilman Kenyatta Johnson helped cut the ribbon Friday afternoon on new basketball courts at Smith Playground in South Philadelphia.

The new courts are made possible by the "Make the world better foundation", which was founded by Philadelphia Eagle Connor Barwin.

This is all part of a project to spruce up local parks and rec centers throughout the city.
