Caesar Rodney, Patriot, recognized

WILMINGTON, Del (WPVI) -- History is recognized.

A new marker unveiled today honors Rodney Square, which the locals long consider to be the heart of Wilmington.

The marker tells people about Caesar Rodney, a signer of the Declaration of Independence, and the person the square is named for.

In 2011, it was designated a historic place, now the marker salutes that recognition.
