Catholic Schools Week

STRAFFORD, Pa, (WPVI) -- Some preschool and kindergarten students in Chester County are participating in a service project this week.

It's part of Catholic Schools Week.

Students at Assumption Academy in Strafford are collecting different coins each day.

Wednesday, they collected and sorted dimes and pennies.

All proceeds from the coin collection will be donated to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society of Eastern Pennsylvania.
