The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia is helping its patients explore their culinary skills

WEST PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia is helping its patients explore their culinary skills.

Some children and teens with kidney disease are spending a week at CHOP's special cooking school at Walnut Hill College.

Throughout a free, week-long course, they're learning how to master the special diet that will keep them healthy.

All of the recipes they are whipping up are kidney-friendly, and developed by CHOP experts.
