Commemorating the "Day of the Sick"

SEWELL, N.J. (WPVI) -- Camden Bishop Dennis Sullivan took a tour of Kennedy University Hospital and the Kennedy Health Care Center in Washington Township, New Jersey Thursday.

The visit is to commemorate World Day of the Sick.

Bishop Sullivan will met with doctors, nurses, staff and volunteers to thank them for their service to those who are ill.

He also visited with patients and their caregivers.

World Day of the Sick was introduced by Saint Pope John Paul The Second in 1992.
