Drexel University's STEM camp

UNIVERSITY CITY (WPVI) -- So much for brain drain during summer vacation.

Some local girls stepped into the classroom for a STEM camp, put on by Drexel University's college of engineering.

STEM stands for Science, Technology, Engineering and Math.

Just one in seven engineers are female and only 27% of computer science jobs are held by women, according to Forbes.
