Extra security planned for Boston free speech rally

BOSTON (WPVI) -- More protests, and counter-protests are planned Saturday in nearly a dozen cities across the nation.

The city of Boston is deploying hundreds of officers in hopes of avoiding any conflict.

The Boston Free Speech Coalition says the rally has nothing to do with white nationalism and they are not affiliated with the organizers of last week's rally in Virginia.

Organizers of a counter-protest expect anywhere between 20,000 and 30,000 people to join them on a two mile march.
