Fishtown Animal Hospital adoption event

FISHTOWN (WPVI) -- It's all about furry friends Friday in one Philadelphia neighborhood.

The Fishtown Animal Hospital is marking its second anniversary of being open, and to celebrate, the business is working to get animals adopted.

It's partnering with City of Elderly Love to specifically find older dogs and cats a loving home.

Many of the animals are rescues.

The big adoption event is this Sunday May 7th from noon till 4pm at the Fishtown Animal Hospital on Girard Ave.

The event will be set up like a party for the whole family with food and a D.J.
