Jumping their way to fitness

MALVERN, Pa. (WPVI) -- They jumped their way to fitness Thursday in Chester County.

General Wayne Elementary School in Malvern teamed up with Fresh Start Fitness for a year long health and wellness program.

Trainers from Fresh Start will meet with students throughout the year to teach them stretching and exercise.

They will give them nutrition education too, and when the trainers can't be there, they will keep the program going via Skype.
