Martin Luther King Celebration

CENTER CITY (WPVI) -- The African American Museum of Philadelphia Thursday announced four days of special events to commemorate the life of Martin Luther King.

Those events will kick off on Friday January 13th, and will include free and discounted admission.

The celebration is being made possible, thanks to a 25 thousand dollar contribution by Citizens Bank.

The events will start on Friday with workshops, music, and performances and will wrap up on Monday, which is Martin Luther King day.
