Mayor-elect Jim Kenney helps Santa in South Philadelphia

SOUTH PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Mayor-elect Jim Kenney helped Santa Claus meet dozens of children in South Philadelphia.

And to get in the holiday spirit, Kenney dressed up as Buddy the Elf.

It was for the Burke Playground Holiday Celebration on 2nd and Jackson streets.

There was even hot chocolate and train rides for kids.
