Mayor Kenney tours Piano Lab

SOUTH PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- There is now a place in Philadelphia for students to improve their piano skills and much more.

Mayor Jim Kenney was there Tuesday to cut the ribbon on the "Keys of Inspiration" piano lab at the Southwark School.

It's sponsored by the Lang Lang International Music Foundation and is being funded by a grant.

The money will pay for the equipment and the teachers for 3 years.

The musical outlet was created to build the students confidence and encourage social development.
