More mothers and in-laws being invited to bachelorette parties

A new trend in bachelorette party planning involves putting the bride's mother, even her mother-in-law on the guest list.

The New York Times says some moms are even spearheading the rowdy bashes.

Apparently moms and daughters are closer than ever these days and the moms don't want to be left out.

Some are even footing the bill for all of the girls.

Social media is also fueling this trend because if mom is a follower or a friend, she's going to see the pictures anyway, so she may as well be invited.
