New business initiative in Philadelphia

FAIRMOUNT PARK (WPVI) -- The city of Philadelphia is open for business, and ready for new companies to move in.

That was the message from Mayor Jim Kenney Monday, as he spoke in Fairmount Park.

His remarks were part of the 33rd annual Minority Enterprise Development week.

An initiative designed to attract new businesses to Philadelphia and to help the growth of minority companies.
