Operating Base Cecilia

COATESVILLE, Pa. (WPVI) -- A center for local veterans is celebrating some big upgrades Thursday.

The Archdiocese of Philadelphia showed off the renovations at the Operating Base Cecilia in Coatesville.

It's a place for homeless veterans to live while they get back on track.

The center now has a new kitchen, laundry facility and a disabled access lift.

Since opening in 2013, it has provided services to more than 500 service members.
