PAOLI, Pa. (WPVI) -- Operation safe holiday is now underway in Pennsylvania.

Its an annual effort by law enforcement to crack down on impaired driving during the holiday season.

Officials with Penndot, the Chester county D.A's office, West Goshen police, and local hospitals, held a news conference this morning to encourage drivers to be safe on the highways for the

remainder of the year.
