Operation Warm begins coat collection campaign

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- An annual drive to keep children warm got rolling this morning at Philadelphia City Hall.

Operation Warm raises money to buy new winter coats for needy children.

Philadelphia Firefighters Union Local 22 and city council are partnering for the drive.

Operation Warm runs until Christmas.
