Renovated library in Issac Sheppard Elementary

WEST KESINGTON (WPVI) -- Something brand new is open in a 119 year old school in Philadelphia.

Issac Sheppard Elementary in West Kensington took the wraps off its renovated library.

Independence Blue Cross workers volunteered a month of their time to make this reading sanctuary a reality.

They also collected books for the library.
