Special "Honor" at Police graduation

NORTH PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- More than 50 recruits graduated from the Philadelphia Police Academy Friday, but for one, it was a day for TWO new beginnings.

Jonathan Devine was among this group of men and women graduating at Temple University's Mitten Hall this morning.

After the ceremony, he enlisted his nephews to hold signs spelling out "Kaila Will you marry me", and got down on one knee to await his girlfriend.

Kaila Wiand, who's a nurse a CHOP, said yes.

Congratulations to the happy couple.
