MANAYUNK (WPVI) -- Philadelphia police say a teenager has turned himself in after being caught on camera vandalizing a park in Manayunk.

Authorities say they received an anonymous tip on Saturday identifying the 15 year-old suspect.

He turned himself in this morning and has been charged with criminal mischief.

Surveillance video of the incident shows the teen trashing the newly renovated Venice Island Park on November 8.

He can be seen kicking and breaking the LED accent lights around the lawn.

He also pulled out the rope lighting from the handrails of the stairs.

Police say the vandal caused $20-30,000 worth of damage.
